These highly enjoyable practical and informative yoga workshops run throughout the year. They offer the perfect opportunity to immerse yourself in a great two and a half hours of practice. As in all classes and workshops, the focus is on enhancing mental and physical well-being, building stamina, strength and flexibility along the way, in a supportive and relaxed environment.
There are two types of Sunday morning workshops:

SUNDAY PRANAYAMA / BREATH WORKSHOPS
SUNDAY HATHA YOGA WORKSHOPS
Enjoy a great mix of yoga postures, movement, breathing, meditation, mindfulness and relaxation to balance mind body and breath. Suitable for all levels. Ideal for newcomers. A relaxed, inspiring and enjoyable session, you will always leave with something new.

SUNDAY PRANAYAMA / BREATH CONTROL WORKSHOPS
Pranayama is all about breath awareness. At the workshops you will learn simple and effective breathing techniques to improve your everyday life, including tips and exercises to take away that fit in with your work and lifestyle.

** Why not combine a Sunday Morning Workshop with the SUNDAY MORNING ACTIVE FLOW CLASS 8.30 – 9.45.
