" I started post natal yoga about 12 weeks after having Lily. I felt benefits right from the first session. Maxine is very warm and friendly, with a wonderful aura of positive energy. She puts you at your ease straight away"
"As there are only a small number in the session, Maxine has time to talk to you, to make sure you are doing the exercises correctly and that your posture is correct and week by week you are able to work at your own pace. I suggest and recommend this class to everybody who has had a baby. You just feel great after each session!"

" I feel very privileged to have what is essentially a private class, very lucky and it feels great to start my recovery with a professional so thanks for that. Looking forward to seeing you next Tuesday"
" I loved going to your home studio space each week and being in the room with you and the mothers. I learned a lot about how to sit and do certain stretches and exercises and movements and and am trying them at home all the time so thank you"
"Thank you for all your time, effort and infectious enthusiasm over the past few months! I have really enjoyed your classes and my body feels so much stronger now".
"The perfect opportunity to relax and unwind and to re-connect with yourself and your baby through the busy period of being a mummy to a new little one. The practice is dynamic and personal and the focus is on your individual needs. Maxine patiently guides you through breathing and stretching exercises that feel good and help to re-align your body. She teaches techniques that you can take home with you too and empower you to carry your yoga with you even beyond the classes. The classes are relaxed and enjoyable and there's always a laugh or two too!"
"When I first signed up to postnatal yoga with baby, I was both hopeful and apprehensive. I worried that my baby would cry and disrupt the whole session that I would come away from it feeling more anxious than I went in. During our first session, my baby did cry, but somehow I still managed to find some calm within the session and do some practice that benefited me. My second session, I really got into the swing of things, and I found the session both relaxing and strengthening.
The sessions gave me a chance to rediscover my strength and to find peace. My baby even found them so relaxing that she fell asleep on the mat in front of me... something that she has never done in the past. I was truly amazed"
'A chance to do something together with my baby that's a little different from our daily routine, and allows me to have a gentle but effective workout for my body and my mind."
"Thanks for our one to one session . It was great. Both Robi and I were relaxed after the class. I loved that we involved Robi as well. You taught me great little tactics how to hold him etc."
