Tuesday Evening: 8.00 – 9.00 Pregnancy Yoga from one month to delivery

Meditation  For You

Whilst meditation and mindfulness  is the cornerstone of all yoga practice – and asana used as a  'meditation in motion' it is also highly valuable as a stand alone practice.  An opportunity to learn some useful techniques  to access and experience a place of stillness and inner calm:

 

Mellow Chair Yoga and Meditation

Thursdays  11.00 – 12.00 at Alyth Gardens

There is no other class quite like this . Ideal for total well being of mind and body.

Enjoy gentle movement and guided meditation combined. This chair based movement class includes stretching, standing, twisting, breathing & mindfulness techniques. All the benefits of a gentle yoga class without the need to travel down to the floor.
